The 8th forum on science education towards museum-school cooperation, hosted by CRISP and undertaken by Inner Mongolia Science Center for the Youth, was held in Hohhot on 29-30th, August，2016. The forum whose theme is "to explore the local experience regarding science education towards museum-school cooperation" attracts more than 40 participants, among which Wang Kangyou（General director of CRISP）made a conclusion speech. The forum is chaired by Zhao Lixin, Deputy General director of CRISP.
The forum focuses on how to explore local experience and exchanges for science education activity planning for museum-school cooperation under the context of science education in China. A number of science museums such as Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, Chongqing Science and Technology Museum and Beijing Planetarium share their good experience and cases. All in all, the forum constructs a fine platform for the professionals and experts in the field of science education to discuss how to explore science education towards museum-school cooperation.
